RETURNS AND REFUNDS
All items must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery. Items must be unused and undamaged to be eligible for a refund. All returned items shall be inspected prior to being approved for a refund. All approved returned items are subjected to a 30% restocking fee. Special ordered items are non-returnable. Please be advised, CTC does not take title to returned items until the item arrives at our warehouse. At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return. In this situation, CTC does not take title to the refunded item. Once items are inspected upon receiving, refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days. The refund may take 7-10 business days to show up on your bank/credit card statements. Please contact your bank for more details.

RISK OF LOSS
All purchases of physical items from CTC are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to users upon our delivery to the carrier.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
CTC attempts to be as accurate as possible with all items as listed on our website. However, CTC does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of any CTC services is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by CTC itself is not as described, users sole remedy is to return it in unused and undamaged condition. Please refer to our Returns and Refunds policies for more details.

SANCTIONS AND EXPORT POLICY
Users may not use any CTC services if users are the subject of U.S. sanctions or of sanctions consistent with U.S. law imposed by the governments of the country where users are using CTC Services. Users must comply with all U.S. or other export and re-export restrictions that may apply to goods, software (including Amazon Software), technology, and services.
